Being a huge shark tank fan, I am all about innovative products. One product that has really helped me has been Ring (video doorbell and the app) It has added a new level of security for me (don't tell my dog though, as she thinks she's enough security, but really would let anyone in who offered a nice treat ?).

What I enjoy most about working with software engineers is developing long-term relationships and finding the perfect fit for their work environment! Everyone wants to enjoy where they work and being a part of the process in helping find that space for others is very exciting!

Be as open and honest as possible on both sides of the conversation whether you’re a recruiter or someone looking for a new role. Job hunting can be daunting, but it helps to have someone you can trust lead you through the process and be there every step of the way.

Advice for other recruiters?

My advice for recruiters- read between the lines on resumes. See potential in candidates even if they don't have a skill listed or look like the perfect fit on paper- some of my best talent hired had very minimal resumes but enormous skill! Have those conversations and build relationships.
