In true startup fashion, hatch I.T. began out of a garage in Leesburg, VA with a vision to transform the way local small businesses and startups grow tech teams. Our first were 8A businesses in need of guaranteed hires for tough-to-fill engineering roles. They needed candidates with the right technical skills and culture fit, who would stay long-term.

One of our first 8A partners was Veris Group, now known as Coalfire. They offer commercial and federal services. One federal side, they provide cybersecurity services, including management, operations, engineering, compliance, and more to over 9 agencies – including the Department of Homeland Security.
