That’s why we’re thrilled to share that, beginning 2023, we’re partnering with One Tree Planted (@onetreeplanted) to plant a tree for every new client that partners with hatch I.T. and for every candidate placed in a new position.
One Tree Planted is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to global reforestation. They plant trees to restore nature and biodiversity and raise awareness about the importance of trees.
This partnership is designed to be a simple way for our candidates and recruiting partners to get involved in global reforestation.
Just as we have helped 150+ startups grow their product, data and engineering teams, we are committed to helping our planet continue to thrive by offering a sustainable solution that fits within our vision to give back. We plant trees where they’re most needed – helping to restore forests in the wake of major wildfires and repairing damage caused by industry and resource extraction.

How It Works
New Client
One tree will be planted for each new client that partners with hatch I.T. for recruiting services.
Candidate Placement
One tree will be planted for each candidate that we place at a client.
