Divvycloud needed to scale engineering & product teams from 10 – 30 in 24 months. They were not receiving enough high-quality candidates from previous recruiting partners, and had already spent $70K on contingency fees for 3 hires before partnering with hatch I.T. In September 2018, hatch I.T. partnered with Divvycloud on our flexible, cost-aware Scale recruiting model. hatch I.T. provided dedicated, full life-cycle recruitment, stood up an applicant tracking system, marketed Divvycloud to the local engineering community, and continues to provide quality engineers on a weekly basis.
